Our Yoga & Pilates sessions offer a chance to slow things down, move with intention, and support the work you do in the gym.

Held in our dedicated studio and led by experienced instructors, these sessions focus on mobility, control, and recovery - helping you feel better in your body and move more confidently through your training and everyday life. Whether you’re using Yoga & Pilates to improve flexibility, build core strength, or balance out higher-intensity training, each session is designed to meet you where you’re at.
