Your week,
programmed with purpose.
Our sessions are designed to work together — building strength, improving fitness and making sure recovery has a place in your training week.
Full Body
Strength
Why it’s here Your first full body session of the week. The session starts with our squat movement pattern, prioritised as your heavy lift to build lower body strength. This is followed by a combination of upper body, lower body and core accessories to create a well rounded full body session.
Strength +
Conditioning
Why it’s here This session combines strength, power and anaerobic conditioning, targeting fast twitch muscle fibres and your ability to produce and repeat powerful efforts. Alongside improving cardiovascular fitness, strength and impact-based movements help maintain bone density, supporting strong bones, physical function and independence as we age.
Full Body
Strength
Why it’s here Your second full body session of the week shifts the focus to our horizontal press movement pattern, with the bench press prioritised as your heavy lift to build upper body strength. From there, you'll work through a combination of upper body, lower body and core accessories, continuing to build strength across all of our key movement patterns.
Strength +
Conditioning
Why it’s here This aerobic session is focused on building cardiovascular endurance, stamina and resilience through longer, sustained efforts. You'll develop your ability to keep moving when things get uncomfortable, building both the physical capacity and mental resilience to go the distance.
Full Body
Strength
Why it’s here Your final full body session of the week starts with our hinge movement pattern, with the deadlift prioritised as your heavy lift to develop full body strength. The remainder of the session uses upper body, lower body and core accessories to round out the week's training volume, ensuring all major movement patterns and muscle groups have been trained consistently across the week.
Team
Conditioning
Why it’s here Saturday is about more than just training, t’s about community, connection and enjoying movement together. Social wellbeing is an important part of our overall health, and building meaningful relationships and a sense of belonging can support both mental and physical wellbeing for the long term.
Recover +
Reset
Why it’s here Rest, mobility or Wellness. Recovery is part of the programme, not time away from it.
