Our Physiotherapist, Jimmy, provides expert care to help you recover from injuries, manage pain, and restore optimal movement.
Jimmy specialises in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions, using hands on techniques, movement based rehabilitation, and targeted therapy to promote healing and prevent further injury.
Whether you're dealing with an acute injury, post surgical rehab, or chronic pain, Jimmy will guide you through a structured recovery process tailored to your needs. Unlike an Exercise Physiologist, who focuses on long term management and performance optimisation, Jimmy’s role is to provide immediate injury treatment and early stage rehabilitation. He will also work closely with our coaching team to modify your training, ensuring a safe and seamless transition back into our group fitness classes when you're ready.
Jimmy also offers Exercise Physiologist services.
