Allied Health Cancellation Policy

At Inertia Fitness, our Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapists reserve dedicated one-on-one time for every client. To ensure fair access to appointments and respect our practitioners’ time, the following cancellation policy applies.

Cancellations & Late Changes

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an allied health appointment.

• Cancellations within 24 hours: a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

• No-shows: full fee may apply at the discretion of the practitioner.

• Rescheduling: moving an appointment within the 24-hour window is treated as a late cancellation.

Why this policy exists

Late cancellations limit our ability to offer that time to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. This policy helps us maintain fair and reliable access to care for all clients.
