    Start with strength, conditioning, Yoga or Pilates - whatever suits you best.
    Your coach will guide you through every movement, offer scaled options, and keep the pace achievable.

    No pressure to keep up.
    Just learn, move, and settle in.

  • Your second class feels easier - you’ll recognise faces, understand the format, and start to build momentum.

    Most people say Day 2 is when nerves drop and confidence rises.

  • With your routine taking shape, coaches help you fine-tune technique and choose the right progressions.

    This is where you start to feel the difference between “trying again” and actually committing.

  • Your training starts to feel smoother, your movements more familiar, and your routine begins to take shape.

    This is where most people realise they’re actually enjoying it.

  • A quick wrap-up with your coach to talk through how the first 5 days felt, what routine suits you best, and how to continue with confidence.
