What To Expect From Semi Private Training
The Experience
Set in a 4:1 training model, you’ll follow your own personalised program while receiving the guidance and attention of a qualified coach. This balance of independence and expert support ensures you progress safely, efficiently, and with confidence.

Your journey begins with an initial consultation and continues with regular check-ins, giving you the structure you need whether you’re managing an injury, building a foundation, or simply learning the ropes.

Coaching In a 4:1 Setting
Each session is capped at four clients per coach, ensuring focused guidance and individual attention within a supportive group setting. Our coaches in this space are also all qualified Exercise Physiologists and Exercise Scientists.
